We worked hard to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their orders, but we understand that you can sometimes change your mind. We will change or refund your order if the item is defective or in bad condition within 15 days of purchase. To return or exchange, the product will have no signs of having been used. Returns / Exchanges must be accompanied by the original box or package and include the accessories that were delivered in the order. The product must be in the same condition, which it was delivered on the date of purchase. It is important that you contact us within 10 days from the date of purchase to inform us of your intention to return the product.
To make sure your dress is perfect for you, please double-check and compare the listing size and your own size to get the best fit. Please check the measurements carefully. If you are unsure and have a question about the size or appearance of the dress, do contact us and we will be happy to answer all questions or take additional measurements. It is important to us that you love your purchase!
We do not refund customer orders as they are made to the buyer’s specification except for reasons relating to us.
Please note that the colours of the dresses may show up differently on different computer monitors. We do our best to describe and photograph colours but please remember that camera flashes and monitors may slightly change the shades of product. Measurements are approximate and are taken with garment buttoned/zipped, lying flat.
